Terms and Conditions of Service:
These Terms of Service apply to any purchases made from Kings and Queens Medical International Group Ltd, be it fees, donations or associated services. Kings and Queens Medical International Group Ltd reserves the right to amend or update the terms & conditions at any time, with or without notice.
Service Provision
The Kings and Queens Medical International Group Ltd services are not sold but rather Donations under the terms of the EU. Kings and Queens Medical International Group Ltd reserves all rights not expressly granted to you but retains the ownership of this website.
Kings and Queens Medical International Group Ltd reserve the right to refuse service at their discretion.
Renewals & Payments
Payments are accepted via Credit Card through Visa Card and Master card ONLY
Payment is due for receiving after 5 days. If payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, Kings and Queens Medical International Group Ltd reserves the right to suspend any and all related services for the account in question.
For services payments may be split into multiple payments, however this option will only be offered at Kings and Queens Medical International Group Ltd’s discretion.
Should we receive a chargeback or disputed payment, all services will be revoked until any disputed amounts have been repaid, plus any fees incurred which are typically $20 per chargeback.
Delivery
All payments or donations will be issued instantly confirmation of receipt of payment. Should your payment turn out to be fraudulent, the payment will be suspended and you will be expected to repay the amount + any fees incurred.
Our professional services usually take between 24 & 78 hours to complete, but this is not a guaranteed turnaround time, and at peak times such as new releases, they will often take longer.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with our service, we are happy to provide you with a full refund for the cost of your payment or donations. To claim a refund under the money back guarantee you simply need to submit a cancellation request within 30 days of the original purchase date, stating why it was not to your satisfaction and your money will be refunded in full.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Transactions or payments may be cancelled at any time. No notice period is required, and the cancellation will be effective from the date the cancellation request is made or processed. Requests for cancellation should be submitted from our area at www.kqth.kqmuc.edu.gh/cancel.php.

Kings and Queens Medical International Group Ltd reserves the right to cancel service and access to the service at any time. If a customer breaks the terms of the EU and US Terms of Service, a refund will not be available. Refunds are not available after 1 month from the purchase date.

The Client agrees to keep confidential (and not disclose or use) and take all reasonable steps to ensure that employees, agents etc keep confidential, at all times all information regarding Kings and Queens Medical International Group Ltd including without limitation the affairs, systems, procedures, strategies, customers and pricing ('Confidential Information') related. The obligations of confidentiality do not apply if the Confidential Information is already in the public domain (other than as a result of a breach of this or a similar agreement) or the Client is required to disclose such information by any law or court order.
Force Majeure
Kings and Queens Medical International Group Ltd is not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if that failure is due to anything beyond reasonable control of Kings and Queens Medical International Group Ltd which includes, without limitation, strikes, lockouts, shortages of raw materials, fuel, power, labour, transport, acts of God, fire, riot, explosion, accident, sabotage, breakdowns or machinery. A force majeure event does not affect either party's obligation to make any payment.
Spam
Kings and Queens Medical International Group Ltd may refuse, suspend or cancel the Services, or take any other action deemed necessary, immediately if:
The Client, or any user of the Client's website, uses and/or used the Services for the purposes of spamming or any fraudulent activities;
if any other person has used Kings and Queens Medical International Group Ltd server(s) or the Services for the purposes of spamming;
The Client consents to, and agrees to provide the necessary conditions from Kings and Queens Medical International Group Ltd for business purposes only.

Users
